Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following conditions:
- Unused and Undamaged Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
- Dissatisfaction with Product: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must have been purchased directly from Enlightened Space via our website or retail store.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Items that show significant signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return

- Prepare the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, or inserts.
- Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions, including a shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after the return is processed for the refund to appear in your account.
- For gift returns, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, we will gladly replace it with a product of equal or lesser value.
- If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be asked to pay the difference.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: Enlightened Space will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with our customer service team.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
